Full-service planning support
Once booked, we begin coordinating all details of your event, including:
Securing vendors (with your approval)
Managing timelines and logistics
Coordinating communication with vendors
Keeping everything organized from start to finish
We act as your central point of coordination, so you don’t have to manage multiple moving parts.
Your tailored event proposal
After our initial conversation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal that includes:
Event concept and planning recommendations
Estimated overall event budget
Vendor suggestions and logistics overview
Planning and coordination fee
This ensures full clarity before anything is booked or confirmed.
Planning Fee (Paid to The Outings Co.)
Your planning and coordination fee is paid securely via credit card or ACH through Stripe.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
This fee covers:
Full event planning and coordination
Vendor research and booking support
Timeline creation and logistics management
Ongoing communication and support
Vendor Payments (Paid Directly by You)
All vendor costs (venue, catering, entertainment, transportation, etc.) are paid directly by you to each vendor.
We will guide you through every payment step, but you remain responsible for:
Reviewing vendor invoices
Making payments on time
Ensuring all deadlines are met to secure services
This structure gives you full control over your event budget while keeping everything transparent.
Smooth execution, start to finish
On event day, we ensure everything runs according to plan behind the scenes. From vendor coordination to timeline management, we oversee the details so you can focus on your guests and experience.
Policies
Vendor Payment Responsibility
All vendor payments are the client’s responsibility and must be made directly to each vendor by their required deadlines.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in:
Loss of reservations or deposits
Cancellation of vendor services
Additional fees imposed by vendors for rebooking or delays
We assist with coordination and reminders, but we do not collect or manage vendor funds.
Last-Minute Changes
Requests made close to the event date may be limited based on vendor availability and timing.
Last-minute adjustments may result in:
Rush or change fees
Additional vendor charges
Limited availability for modifications
We will always do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes within short timelines.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Planning begins as soon as your project is confirmed, including time spent on strategy, vendor outreach, and coordination.
Because of this, the planning fee is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule:
We will do our best to accommodate based on vendor availability
Additional vendor fees or rescheduling costs may apply depending on vendor policies

How far in advance should we book our event?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance whenever possible. This allows us time to secure venues, coordinate vendors, and thoughtfully plan the details of your event.
For larger events or those requiring multiple vendors, custom experiences, or extensive planning, we encourage booking 4–8 weeks in advance to ensure the best availability and a seamless experience.
Need something sooner? Reach out! We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.
Can you work within our existing budget constraints?
Yes! We believe a memorable event doesn't have to exceed your budget.
Our process starts with a discovery call where we'll discuss your goals, priorities, and budget. We'll then create recommendations tailored to your needs, helping you get the most value while delivering a well-planned, high-quality experience.
Do you manage virtual and hybrid events as well as in-person gatherings?
Yes! We can support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, depending on the scope and specific requirements of your event.
During our discovery call, we'll discuss your goals, event format, and technical needs to determine how we can best support you. If we're the right fit, we'll create a plan tailored to your event. If not, we'll be transparent and let you know upfront.

The idea for The Outings Co. came from a simple realization: many of us spend more time with our coworkers than almost anyone else, yet we rarely have the opportunity to connect outside of work. Between deadlines, meetings, and busy schedules, it's easy to forget that the strongest teams are built through genuine relationships.
I started The Outings Co. because I believe every team deserves the chance to step away from the office, enjoy meaningful experiences together, and create memories that strengthen workplace connections. A great outing isn't just about the venue or the activities—it's about bringing people together in a way that leaves everyone feeling valued, connected, and appreciated.
One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is seeing people genuinely enjoy an experience that was thoughtfully planned from beginning to end. Knowing that I helped create those moments is what inspires me to continue doing this. While I take pride in a successful event, it's the smiles, laughter, and connections people make that matter most.
